Aircraft and engine leasing and trading are the major activities
of MK Aviation, S.A. ("MKA"). Additionally, MKA leases and
trades major aviation components and parts.
MKA aircraft are flying today on three continents.
MKA successfully concluded aviation transactions with numerous
airlines worldwide such as: Korean Airlines, Swiss Air, Avianca, Mexicana de Aviacion,
Lufthansa, American Airlines, Ecuatoriana de Aviacion, TWA, Aerotal,
San-Ecuador, Sam Columbia, Dan Air-UK, Alaska Airlines, VASP-Brazil,
Aeropostal and others.
MKA is principally engaged in long term, full payout leasing and
in operating leases of aircraft and engines.
It also complements its activities by providing customers
with spare parts and other aviation equipment as may be required by
the airline.
MKA
has its own sources of financing and is in the market for most
aircraft types from regional to international. MKA is also in the
market for nearly all engine types from large commercial to smaller
regional, new or used.
Experienced and knowledgeable personnel employed by MKA provide
management, financial, technical and legal expertise to the
Company’s airline clientele. MKA also offers assistance and
services in the following areas:

Our new Texas office will be focused to better prepare, take on
and support both existing and potential commercial aviation
customers with cost-effective leasing solutions tailored to
airlines' specific requirements. Our main purpose is to supply
engine & aircraft leases, operating leases, and trading in
cooperation with the MK group of companies.
The MK group of companies has been in existence for some 25
years. It has had
offices in Panama, Los Angeles, New York, London, Singapore and
recently opened a new office in Texas.
MK Group have been involved in a large variety of industrial and
commercial activities to include; Manufacturing, through the
acquisition of the controlling interest in Magic Marker Industries
USA and cocoa processing plant in Panama through I.P.C.;
Multimedia/Communications, through Orbit Media and Cellular Vision
of Panama, and Industrial Projects, through Em Kay Inc. which
completed numerous industrial turnkey projects such as, electrical
power plants, food processing, cement plants, etc.
